Is Amana Care a nursing service?
No. Amana Care is a non-medical elder support service. We do not provide nursing treatment or medical procedures.
Can you administer injections?
No. Medical procedures must be performed by qualified medical professionals. We can help coordinate with them.
Do you provide 24-hour care?
We have a 24x7 emergency coordination provision. Regular home visits operate according to the selected plan. We do not provide live-in or overnight caregiving.
Can we receive updates from abroad?
Yes. Family updates are provided through WhatsApp according to the selected plan.
Can we choose or meet the staff?
The service handbook provides for families to meet staff before the service begins.
Can we arrange diagnostic tests?
Yes. We coordinate home sample collection and delivery to the laboratory you choose. Test charges are separate.
Where is Amana Care available?
The current service focus is Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
